OEM digital clusters, running in cars they never came in.

LevsTech designs and manufactures the control modules and mounting hardware that make a factory Cadillac digital instrument cluster work inside an Opel, Chevrolet or another GM Global A vehicle — talking to the car's real buses, not a simulator.

Two control modules, two mounting frames

Every part is designed in-house — schematic, PCB layout, firmware and the printed mechanical hardware — and sold directly to owners and to retrofit studios across Europe.

AstraLin — Stalk2LIN Controller

UHS / UDV steering-stalk bridge

Retrofitted UHS and UDV clusters expect menu input that the donor car's stalk controls never send. AstraLin sits on the LIN bus, reads the factory stalk and translates it into the messages the cluster is waiting for — so the driver navigates the new display with the original controls.

  • Full menu and trip-computer navigation from the factory stalk
  • LIN transceiver with automotive-grade transient protection
  • Wide-input buck supply, powered straight from the ignition feed
  • Plug-in harness — no cutting into the vehicle loom

Fits Opel Astra · Chevrolet Cruze · other stalk-control equipped models

Full gateway for Cadillac cluster retrofits

The complete solution for putting a Cadillac digital cluster into another GM Global A vehicle. AstraCan bridges high-speed CAN, GMLAN and LIN, rebuilding the frames the cluster needs and passing through everything the car still expects to see.

  • Engine oil temperature and boost pressure on the digital display
  • Live tyre temperature readout
  • Cluster LED and backlight control
  • Check-engine light driven from the donor vehicle's real DTC state

Fits GM Global A platform vehicles receiving a Cadillac cluster

Full digital cluster carrier

A cluster from an Escalade, CTS, XTS or CT6 does not share a single mounting point with an Astra K dashboard. This carrier is modelled against both — donor cluster on one side, factory dash apertures and hood line on the other — so the finished install reads as though it left the factory that way.

  • Uses the original dashboard mounting points; minor trimming inside the dash is needed, hidden once assembled
  • Fully reversible — the factory cluster can be refitted at any time
  • Correct display height and rake behind the factory hood
  • Integrated channels for the cluster loom and control module

Retrofit Frame — Astra J

Full digital cluster carrier

The same approach applied to the Astra J binnacle, which has a tighter aperture and a different bracket pattern. Designed as its own part rather than an adapted version of the Astra K frame, and paired with AstraCan for a complete drop-in retrofit.

  • Astra J specific bracket geometry and aperture fit
  • Retains the factory binnacle and surrounding trim, with only hidden internal trimming
  • Fully reversible — the factory cluster can be refitted at any time
  • Designed to pair directly with the AstraCan module

In-house

Designed end to end

Electronics, firmware and mechanical parts all come from the same workshop, which is why the modules and frames are built to fit each other exactly.

Electronics

Schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout for automotive environments — transient protection, wide-input supplies and CAN, GMLAN and LIN physical layers.

Firmware

Embedded software on the modules: bus decoding, frame translation and the timing behaviour a factory cluster expects before it will wake up and stay awake.

Mechanical

3D-modelled carriers and housings, verified against both the donor cluster and the target dashboard, then produced as finished parts ready to install.
